This activity uses the flower as a symbol for growing our wellness by connecting with our culture.
The guide has been broken up into five steps based on the different parts of the flower. Each step includes questions for us to think about as well as an activity to help us grow our cultural wellness.
We can take as long as we want to grow our flower. We may choose to do one step a week or all five steps in one day. It’s our choice. There is no wrong way to do it. We can be creative, and change it as often as we want.
